While a haven of safety for these Pokémon can be found in the heart of it, the rest of the forest is teeming with all sorts of dangers - from poisonous plants and murky swamps to feral, normal-sized Pokémon looking to snag an easy meal. Life in the Zaphary isn't easy, and not everyone has what it takes to survive. Do you? What kind of group is this? PKMN-Zaphary is an art and role-playing group! The group is currently not accepting new members. When PKMN-Zaphary is ready to take on new members, a journal will be posted with further details! May our characters be shiny/unaturally-colored? Yes, actually! Because the refugee Pokémon living in the Zaphary were once toys, they most certainly do not need to adhere to their species default palette. Please be reasonable about the colors you choose, however. We would prefer not to see any "Sparklemons" (Example: [link] or excessively gaudy designs. Can our characters evolve? Absolutely! Your characters will be exposed to different elements, settings, and situations where they will have the opportunity to evolve. Is the Zaphary Forest the only setting we can use? We hope you'll be happy to hear that, no, it won't be the only setting you can use. We encourage exploration, and that frees your characters from any restrictions against visiting cities, sewers, beaches, or far-off lands. Just be careful! It's a scary world out there. May our characters have pets? This is still being debated, currently. If permitted, pets will most likely be limited to a small number of species and be difficult to obtain. Countdown to Bee City Exploration
"Okay so we're all packed and ready to save the day! Spike has been tellin' me he heard the cries for help over near Santer Town, so thats where we're headed! He's gotten a few good looks at the trouble and said the person in trouble was a girl! A pokemon he had never seen before! We'll love for all classes to help, I think Collectors and Explorers could help way more later in my plans though...as 'spies' if you'd say. Here's my plan.
